Dr. Isha Fall - executive director

The Executive Director of the Foundation is originally from Sierra Leone but has lived in the United States since she was a child. She has also lost family members and childhood friends to the maternal mortality crisis. Her parents instilled in her at a very early age the power of giving back. She has dedicated her life to Sierra Leone and her passion and determination of bettering the lives of women in Sierra Leone led her to The Foundation.

She holds a BS in Management from Coppin State University, an MBA from Strayer University, and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has helped multiple billion-dollar enterprises reach their financial goals and has over 10 years of experience in non-profit operations.
